Product Description:
1. Suitable for surface treatment of metals such as cold-rolled steel sheets, galvanized steel sheets, aluminum, and copper alloys.
2. Made from a compounded and hydrolyzed silicone resin, it is phosphorus-free, zinc-free, chromium-free, fluorine-free, molybdenum-free, zirconium-free, and titanium-free.
3. The silane treatment process produces no sediment, is quick to process, and is easy to control. The film remains the natural metallic color.
4. After silane treatment, spray coating can withstand a neutral salt spray test of over 500 hours. Liquid (UV coatings/polypropylene series/epoxy/polyurethane coatings) and powder (epoxy/polyester) coatings pass the 100-grid test to 5B.
5. This product is environmentally friendly, non-flammable, non-explosive, and has passed ROHS and REACH testing, complying with the latest EU environmental regulations.
