1. The ceramic is primarily composed of zirconium salts and silanes and contains no phosphorus, zinc, nickel, manganese, or chromium.
2. The conversion process can be performed at room temperature, requiring no surface conditioning or accelerators, requiring minimal usage and producing no sediment.
2. Suitable for surface treatment of metals such as cold-rolled plates, galvanized steel sheets, aluminum, and copper alloys, it forms a dense, monomolecular, water-repellent film with a golden color.
4. It exhibits excellent adhesion to coatings and helps the coating resist corrosion from moisture and salt spray, significantly enhancing the coating's corrosion resistance.
5. After ceramic treatment and spray coating, the product can withstand neutral salt spray conditions for over 500 hours for cold-rolled plates and over 800 hours for galvanized steel sheets.
6. This environmentally friendly product is non-flammable and non-explosive, and has passed ROHS and REACH testing, complying with the latest EU environmental regulations.
